Burlington Men's Shed's CNC Router Shop
We purchased a CNC Router in early 2025, which is initially located and set up in the garage of one of our members. We are keen to take on carving projects for a very reasonable costs. Any profits support Burlington Men's Shed activities in the community!

Princess Auto was a generous Sponsor to a Men's Shed Day. To recognize their contribution, we made a 20" x 20" certificate of appreciation. Your support can help us make a difference. The Ash wood was clear-coated, then masked. We carved thru the mask and then spray painted the lettering. Removing the mask revealed crisp dark lettering in the clear Ash.

We made a couple of 9" diameter Oreo cookie Boxes.
The top and bottom cookies are carved from Walnut, and the creamy center carved with Maple. The top cookie is removable to reveal a hidden storage compartment!

8 carved signs were made for this corporate customer! 16" x 16" Dark stained Maple panels were carved leaving the natural Maple showing in carved areas.
Jewelery Box
A custom jewelry box. Approx 7" wide x 2 1/2" high, made from solid Maple and lightly stained.

A new shed sign, and a sign for the Burlington Repair Cafe. The signs are first stained, then clear coated. We mask the sign before carving, and then spray paint the colors. Remove the mask and we have nice crisp edges in the painted carved areas.

A 2-colour sign for the Puslinch Men's Shed. They provided the Ash Wood Panel which came from a tree cut down at CedarLane Farms where this Shed meets.
